Meet Johnny Webster (ig: @JustJohnnyWebster)! He is a talent manager and facilitator of dreams. Johnny exudes JOY and he's created @JustBlackBoyJoy - a fun space dedicated to celebrating that joy with others! Great joy comes from knowing great pain. In this episode, we talk about Johnny's journey with depression, anxiety, addiction recovery and mental health in the Black community. This wild year forced Johnny to ask himself, "What fear am I living in that is blocking me from being my authentic, loving and joyful self?" Life is especially uncertain right now - but that uncertainty doesn't have to be negative. We have to live less in fear and more in excitement, risk and hope. To find your joy in the midst of it all, Johnny suggests doing what you love to do just to enjoy your own laugh and smile!
