Blake is a producer & CEO at @scattv and the hilarious Granny B (character actor). In this episode, we dive into Anjelika and Blake's personal mental health experiences and their advocacy for therapy, as well as mental health in the Black community, BLM and more! This was an enlightening conversation to destigmatize all the areas of life that beg for more understanding, communication, accountability and compassion. Anjelika and Blake are wonderful examples of the vulnerability, kindness and courage required to be and see the change this world deserves. I am so grateful these two beautiful humans took the time to share their empowering and honest insight with me and all of you!
